All this work/play is done in a safe, comfortable, quiet setting. You’ll have access to an Aroma Steam Spa prior to your massage. With specially blended essential oils, soothing sounds of a bubbling fountain, relaxing music and an herbal eye pillow you will melt into a deep state of relaxation and bliss.

Massage works on many levels as the body lets go of old, often long held resistance physically and mentally. Therapeutic touch can heal deeply. The more you allow healing to occur the results can be extraordinary. The combination of Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, Reiki Healing and Intuitive Touch leads to an harmonious balance that relaxes and rejuvenates the body and mind. Each session is determined by which form of therapy your body needs as each client’s needs are unique.

Touch for Health uses the muscles as a bio-feedback mechanism. Muscles are where the body-mind interaction takes place. Muscle testing works with the subtle body energies that are beginning to be explained by Quantum Physics.
